How your enquiry information is handled.

Information collected

When you submit an enquiry, the website may collect your name, mobile number, email address, property interests, preferred contact method, timeline and any information you include in your message. Basic technical records may also be generated to protect the forms from misuse.

Purpose of collection

The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, prepare relevant property information, arrange a discussion or viewing, maintain an enquiry record and protect the website from abuse. It is not sold to third parties.

Purchase-cost PDF requests

The calculator can be used without providing contact details; buyer names are optional until you request a personalised report. If you request a PDF and give consent, your name, contact number, email, selected project and a snapshot of the calculator inputs and results are saved with your enquiry. This includes the entered names, ages, individual incomes, citizenship/residency and residential property counts of Buyer A and, if included, Buyer B; the price, housing-loan count, available cash and CPF, existing debt repayments, mortgage and TDSR assessment rates, age-capped tenure, estimated maintenance and affordability results. Only include another buyer’s personal details with their permission. Sean may use this information to follow up about the requested purchase plan. The PDF is generated for download to your device, not automatically emailed or placed at a public download URL. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

HDB estimate requests

With your consent, we save your name, contact number, email, HDB block and street, flat type, floor area, floor, lease commencement year, optional notes, source page and the estimate or review-needed result for Sean to follow up. The website queries public HDB transaction records on data.gov.sg using the street, flat type and block; your name, phone and email are not sent to that data service. A bounded temporary cache contains public transaction data only. Reports are generated on your device for download, not automatically emailed or published at a public URL. Requesting an estimate does not subscribe you to marketing. Private-property enquiries remain personal review requests; this tool does not provide an official HDB or bank valuation.

Optional postal-code lookup

When you choose Find address in the HDB form, the postal code is sent through our server to OneMap, provided by the Singapore Land Authority. The matched block and street are used to query public HDB resale records for suggested flat types, areas and lease commencement years. No name, phone, email or unit number is sent to either service. Public address results may be cached temporarily. Looking up an address does not create an enquiry; you can instead enter all details manually. Historical transactions may not cover every flat, and suggestions must be confirmed against your own property records.

How information is stored and shared

Website enquiries are stored in a restricted lead dashboard accessible to authorised personnel. An email notification may be sent to Sean when that service is active. Information may be shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the website or respond to your request, subject to appropriate safeguards.

WhatsApp and external services

If you choose WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube, Google Maps, PropertyGuru or another external service, that service processes information under its own privacy terms. Opening an external link is optional and is not required to submit the main website enquiry form.

Retention and protection

This WordPress website schedules enquiry deletion after 365 days while its enquiry system is active. Earlier access, correction or deletion requests can be made to Sean. Email copies and hosting backups are managed separately and may follow different retention periods. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, although no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You may also ask Sean to stop contacting you about an enquiry.
